A backend service that processes new brands and signs is experiencing some delays.
This is being investigated.

Image processing is back to normal. Apologies for the disruption and thank you for your patience.

The image provider that is causing the outage has identified the issue and they're testing fixes.

One of Tagify's imaging providers is having intermittent outages and they are actively investigating.

Still keeping an eye on this and images are still slowing being processed.

All previously delayed emails should have been sent and sending is back to normal. Please reach out to support with any issues. Thank you for your patience!

Tagify's email service has moved through the majority of email from yesterday and new emails are being sent normally. Still watching to make sure we're back to 100%.

Tagify's email provider is slowly processing emails from today and you should start seeing them come through.
